HEART N' HUSSLE

Charissa - Executive Director
Entrepreneur, photographer, business student
Charissa Bacon has a heart for encouraging, empowering, uplifting, and blessing others through Heart n' Hussle. She is from Seattle, Washington, and she came to South Florida in the fall of 2018 for college to study business and run track at Nova Southeastern University. She began my first venture, Rissa B. Photography, at the age of 17 in her backyard taking senior portraits and family photos. She then came to Florida where she became her University's senior photographer. Charissa later landed an internship in athletics as a photographer on the creative team for NSU athletics. In the winter of 2020, she will be launching her first retail company, Vine & Branch Co. and her products will be sold online and at Nova Southeastern University. She wants her story to inspire other girls to walk in purpose and pursue everything they've always wanted to do.

Ashley - Board Treasurer
Entrepreneur, model, photographer, tax preparer
Ashley Ciera believes that her soul purpose in this life is to empower, educate, and motivate the people of her community to be all that they were created to be. You may know of her for many things but the most important is her commitment to educating the youth through financial literacy. She is a Tax Preparer at Mobile Tax Pros but can also be found creatively directing photo shoots with Freechecks Media. In between classes at Florida Atlantic University and work, Ashley enjoys modeling independently for brands, as well as coaching entrepreneurs and small business owners on a financial level. She is also honored to be the Treasurer of a nonprofit Christian sisterhood called Heart N’ Hussle that supports young girls becoming female entrepreneurs through mentorship and fellowship.

Bianca - Board Secretary
Social media specialist, psychology and sociology student
Bianca is a 19 year old college student and social media micro-influencer. She is currently studying psychology and sociology at Nova Southeastern University and hopes to one day become a Clinical Psychologist. Besides helping others, she is passionate about faith, women, and beauty and combines those when writing blogs for faith based magazines or other faith based sisterhoods. She hopes to help women of all ages in the Heart n’ Hussle sisterhood to develop spiritually and personally through authenticity and creativity.
